I want to let everyone in Columbus know what a gem they have in Advanced Pest Control. We have been using Advanced Pest Control for over 6 years. We had tried other services but after using Advanced Pest Control we looked no further. They feel like family because I have had the same technician for all of these years and when I call to make appointments I talk to the same customer service rep as well. This company has got to be doing something right in order to keep their same employees from year to year. The value to me of working with the same people every time is immeasurable. I save time because they know me and remember every year what services they provided. I feel comfortable leaving my front door open for them in the event that I cannot be there and I trust that they know what they are doing. The first time I used them I was nervous because of my past experiences with other companies. I have a 300 gallon salt water aquarium built in to the wall and my fish are very sensitive. If the company did not know what they were doing they could kill all of my fish, coral and other marine life. My technician impressed me with his knowledge of how to handle our delicate situation and I have never had a problem! We have also used Advanced Pest Control for our termite prevention, for wasp hives that form every year, for mice in the crawl space of our house and for annual spring and fall spider prevention. I cannot say enough great things about this company and if you are not using them I highly recommend them! You will notice a difference the first time you call and at your first service. All of the big name companies that I had used in the past were so impersonal and I had no confidence in their technicians decision making abilities. I really thought that the customer service that I experience with Advanced Pest Control was a thing of the past. I was pleasantly surprised and I continue to be pleased after all of these years.
